Henry Sigg | President and Principal
Henry has lived in Park City since 1978 and specializes in real estate transactions involving residential, commercial, and investment properties. He has extensive experience in handling pre-construction and new development opportunities, as well as representing existing communities in Park City. With his background as a real estate developer, broker, and general contractor, he has completed over 300 projects comprising condominiums, homes, and commercial properties throughout the Park City region. Henry has a knack for identifying unique property opportunities, which has significantly contributed to his success in the industry.
A graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s Science and an MBA in real estate development and marketing from the University of Phoenix. A Utah real estate broker’s license since 1983 and a general contractor’s license since 1993.
Commitment to service and giving in Park City for decades, SPREA supports various causes including The Mountain Trails Foundation, KPCW Community Radio, Summit Land Conservancy, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation, both personally and through his corporate involvement. Due to his community spirit and active involvement, Henry enjoys respect and recognition throughout the community as a well-known member of the Park City community, an outdoor enthusiast, an avid skier, and a cyclist.
